- Hisibird can ship anywhere in the world, except for remote areas such as North Korea, Sao Tome, Principe, Pitcairn Island, Wallis and Africa. We also ship to P.O. Boxes via economy and standard shipping.
- Economy,Standard and Express services are available in most countries. Once you have entered your shipping address,you will see which delivery service is available in your area.
Free Standard Delivery
Free shipping is available for economy delivery service.For standard and express delivery, the rate will vary depending on the destination and package weight.The shipping cost are calculated automatically on the checkout page.
Fast Delivery
Day in and day out, our customers trust us to make the impossible possible. We also provide express shipping, which takes 4-10 days,you will see if we support your countries when you goes to check out.
Please note,however,the economy shipping may take 1 - 2 months when shipping to South America and the Russian Federation due to transport and customs issues.
- Orders will be processed and shipped within 3-6 days of order placement unless otherwise noted.
- Tracking information will be sent to you after each package is shipped. Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link so you can track the package's journey.
- Some countries charge import taxes and duties upon arrival at customs. We will place your items in a package and declare a reasonably low value to get them through customs. Generally, this works well for our items. However, if you do get taxed under unpredictable circumstances, we are unable to pay the taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Once the package is shipped to you, Hisibird is not responsible for these additional charges.
